🇬🇧 Terms and Conditions + GDPR – Taste Chodsko Experience

1. Reservation and Commitment

A reservation is considered binding once you receive a confirmation email. By booking, you agree to pay the event fee and attend the event.

2. Payment

The participation fee must be paid in advance. Payment instructions will be sent by email. If payment is not received on time, I reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the event without penalty. Cancellations made later may incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Event Program

The Taste Chodsko experience includes:
• A gentle walk around 4 ponds and along the Teplá Bystřice water channel
• Visits to 2 wooden shelters, including a tasting of the traditional Chodský koláč at the fairy-tale shelter
• A ride on a traditional wooden ferry across one of the ponds
The event lasts approximately 2.5–3 hours and ends at the starting point.

5. Changes and Weather

The event takes place outdoors. Light rain will not cancel the program. In case of severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event. Participants will be informed via email.

6. Safety and Supervision

Children aged 10 and older are welcome to join. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their children throughout the event.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

The personal data provided in this form will be processed in accordance with our GDPR privacy policy.
Basic registration data may be retained for up to 5 years for legal or organizational purposes.
Your information will be used solely to manage this event and — with your consent — to inform you about similar future activities.

Email communication may be carried out through a secure third-party email service that is fully GDPR-compliant.
Your data will be stored securely and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.
