🇬🇧 Terms and Conditions + GDPR – Family Nature Adventure

1. Reservation and Commitment

A reservation is considered binding once you receive a confirmation email. By booking, you agree to pay the event fee and attend the activity.

2. Payment

The participation fee must be paid in advance. Payment instructions will be sent by email. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your reservation up to 7 days before the event. Later cancellations may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.

4. Event Program

The Family Nature Adventure includes 5 activity stations:

• Animal Tracks Station
• Forest Senses Station
• Tree ID Game
• Color Hunt
• Insect Safari

At one of the stations, participants will also have the opportunity to try an optional pond crossing on a wooden raft. This activity is time- and location-specific and only available at that station during its time slot.
The event ends with a nature picnic including light refreshments such as rice cakes and drink.

5. Changes and Weather

The event takes place outdoors. Light rain will not cancel the program. In case of severe weather, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the event. Participants will be informed by email.

6. Safety and Supervision

All children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for the safety and behavior of their children throughout the event.

7. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

The personal data provided in this form will be processed in accordance with our GDPR privacy policy.
Basic registration data may be retained for up to 5 years for legal or organizational purposes.
Your information will be used solely to manage this event and — with your consent — to inform you about similar future activities.

Email communication may be carried out through a secure third-party email service that is fully GDPR-compliant.
Your data will be stored securely and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.
