Nature Walk Around Ponds with organic picnic for kids and Wooden Ferry.
Come and enjoy a Family Nature Adventure – a guided outdoor experience for the whole family along a scenic trail that follows a peaceful stream through grassy areas and light woodland by four ponds. 🌿💧
The adventure begins by crossing one short grassy meadow, manageable with an all-terrain stroller but possibly challenging for city strollers or some wheelchairs. After that, the main trail is a flat, wheelchair-accessible path through the forest around four ponds, making it easy to explore nature.
Along the way, we’ll stop at two charming wooden shelters:
- At the first shelter, we’ll have a Tree ID game, where children (and parents!) can learn to recognize different tree species.
- At the second shelter, located at the end of the trail, there will be a small organic picnic for children, and I’ll also be gathering feedback on the trail experience.
As your guide, I’ll lead you through several hands-on activity stations where kids can explore nature — and parents are encouraged to join in!
There will also be a voluntary activity — families can choose to cross part of a pond using a wooden ferry (a small raft), adding a bit of extra adventure.

🦞 Stream Surprise – we might even spot a crayfish!
Recommended age: 4–8 years
(Older siblings are welcome, but activities are designed for younger children, and the walk will be paced to fit into about 2 hours.)
